Bologna Benedict- house-made Trent Farm pork bologna, watercress, Grassy Hill Farm poached egg, mustard hollandaise, on local whole wheat English muffin.
Crawford Farm sweet potato and Blue Heron Orchard apple bisque.
Fried buttermilk free-range chicken thighs with a tabbouleh salad of organic farro, Crawford Farm green beans, butternut squash, turnip, & goat cheese.
Edgewood Orchard pear and Grand Marnier tart, vanilla bean whipped cream, & local Queens Crop honey

Last month, we had to cancel our Farm Dinner due to a family emergency but Chef Shupe didn't want you to miss out on some of the highlights of the planned meal. Therefore, this meal will be a combination of last month's menu and this month's seasonal produce. If you had signed up for the dinner in September, you are guaranteed a table at this dinner event upon confirmation of attendance. Thank you for your understanding.
The doors will open for this event at 5:45pm and dinner will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. The dinner will consist of 4+ courses and includes any of our non-alcoholic beverages (excluding milkshakes). The cost for this event is $44 per person*.
If you are interested in attending this event, we are now accepting reservations, by phone or in person only. (217) 224-3515. Due to the high demand for this event, a credit card is required to reserve your seat(s).
Our cancellation (or table size reduction) policy is a strict 24 hour notice. If you cancel or reduce your party within 24 hours of the event, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the number of guests originally reserved. No exceptions.
We have a full bar and will be making wine recommendations for each course. You may opt to follow the suggestions by selecting the 'wine pairing' option for an additional charge. This will include a glass of wine with each course that has been thoroughly tested to pair perfectly with each dish. You may also purchase glasses or bottles of your choice from our seasonal wine menu. You may bring your own bottle of wine, however, we will charge a $10/per bottle corkage fee.
