1/2 pound, house-ground beef chuck with a housemade pickles. Lettuce, raw onion & tomato

Chef Shupe highly recommends ordering our burger medium-rare – medium to ensure the most tender, juicy burger around. Please allow a minimum of 20 minutes for half pound burgers cooked medium to well done.
